Ingredients for Matter palak paneer kabab Recipe

  • 1/2 Cup spinach (palak)
  • 1/4 Cup peas (mator)
  • 1/2 Cups boli potatoes
  • 0.13 Cup Spring onions
  • 0.13 Cup fresh coriander
  • 1/4 Inch Ginger piece
  • 2.50 Pieces cloves garlic
  • 1/2 A Bunch Roughly chopped green chillies
  • 1/4 Tsp Red chilli flakes
  • 1/4 Tsp Oragano
  • To Taste Salt
  • 0.13 Tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 Tsp garam masala
  • 1/4 Tsp Maggi masala
  • 0.13 Tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp brown bread crumbs
  • 1/2 Tbsp gram flour (besan)
  • 1.25 Tsp Oil
  • 3/4 Tbsp grated panner
  • 0.13 Tsp Red chilli flakes
  • To Taste Salt

Directions: Matter Palak Paneer Kabab Recipe

  • STEP 1.🌿first nicely wash the spinach after that blanch the spinach ( only 4-5 min )Then cool down the spinach completely
  • STEP 2.🌿Now take the mixer jar add garlic green chilli and Ginger and grind well
  • STEP 3.🌿After that add spinach peas coriender leaves and spring onion and green again and make the puree
  • STEP 4.🌿 Now take the pain hit the 2 tsp oil after that add spinach puree and saute for 2-3 minutes then add gram flour red chilli powder turmeric powder garam masala salt Chilli flakes Maggi masala and oregano after that add boil potato and mix well
  • STEP 5.🌿 Now put the bread crumbs and mix nicely
  • STEP 6.For stuffing
  • STEP 7.🌿Now take a bowl add paneer Maggi masala salt red chilli flakes and oregano and mix well
  • STEP 8.🌿 Now prepare the kabab and keep the stuffing in the center of the kabab and smothely press the kabab
  • STEP 9.🌿 Now hit the non stick pain put the 4 tsp oil and roast the kebab both sides until kebabs turns golden brown
  • STEP 10.🌿 Now Sarita kabab with some onions and your favourite deep and ketchup
