  • STEP 2.Cover the matki with a damp cloth and let it sprout for 1-2 days.
  • STEP 3.Boil the sprouted matki until they are tender.
  • STEP 4.In a bowl, mix together chopped vegetables, boiled matki, lemon juice, salt, and chaat masala.
  • STEP 5.Toss well to coat the salad with the dressing.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve chilled.
