This is one of those recipes I love during monsoons. A perfect plate of comfort and deliciousness.
If you are a Rice person and love such one pot meals, then this recipe is a worth try. You can even prepare this in a pressure cooker.
STEP 1.Heat oil in a skillet, add all khada masala and curry leaves.
STEP 2.Add sliced onions and saute for a while.
STEP 3.Now add chopped tomatoes, green chillies, garlic ginger paste and mix well.
STEP 4.Saute well.
STEP 5.Add sprouted moth and all dry spices along with salt. Mix well and saute for a while.
STEP 6.Add rice and water. Cover and cook until done.
STEP 7.Serve hot with green chillies, lemon and onions.
