  • 1/2 cup Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste

  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon Biryani Masala
  • 1/4 cup Fried Onions
  • 0.13 cup Mint Leaves
  • 1 Boiled Eggs
  • 0.13 cup Ghee
  • 0.13 cup Saffron Infused Milk
  • As required Salt To Taste

  • STEP 1.Marinate the meat with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, and spices for at least 2 hours.
  • STEP 2.Soak the basmati rice in water for 30 minutes and then drain.

  • STEP 4.Layer the partially cooked rice over the meat and sprinkle with saffron-infused milk.
  • STEP 5.Cover the matka with a tight-fitting lid and cook on low heat for about 45 minutes.
