0.31 Cup warm water
0.06 Cup honey
1/2 Tsp yeast
3/4 Cups bread flour
1/4 Tsp salt
0.06 Cup butter
0.13 Cup milk powder
0.31 Tbsp matcha powder
0.06 Cup Walnuts coarsaly grind
0.06 Cup Almonds coarsaly grind
1/2 Tbsp Rolled oats Coarsaly Grind

Directions: Matcha And Nuts Braided Bread Recipe
STEP 1.Add honey in warm water and mix well Now add yeast in this and keep aside for activate
STEP 2.Take flour in deep mixing bowl add milk powder salt and mix well
STEP 3.Now transfer the activated yeast in flour mixture add butter and knead the dough
STEP 4.Now devide the dough in two equal parts
STEP 5.Add matcha powder in a one half and grease the oil over the other half cover this and keep aside for proving
STEP 6.Mix and knead the dough with matcha powder grease some oil cover this and keep aside this
STEP 7.When both dough double in size take same size dough of each and roll this long
STEP 8.Add honey with water and prepare a liquid of this
STEP 9.Spread the coarsaly nuts and oats in a flat plate
STEP 10.Dip the matcha roll in this and roll over the nuts and oats mixture
STEP 11.Now arrange the roll and braid this
STEP 12.Grease a baking dish and place the Braided Bread over this and keep aside for second proving for 30 minutes
STEP 13.When dough double in size bake this in preheated oven for 30 35 mins at 180*
STEP 14.When done left out and rest to cool
STEP 15.Serve and enjoy
