STEP 1.Heat clarified butter in a pan and deep fry the onion and take off.
STEP 2.Now again heat clarified butter / ghee in a pan add ginger garlic paste and saute for few mins
STEP 3.Add whole garam masala to crackle.
STEP 4.Now add matar and and saute for 4 - 5 mins. add coriander powder,turmeric ppowder and mix well
STEP 5.Add rice and salt and two cup of water.
STEP 6.Once boiled,simmer the gas and cover it.
STEP 7.Kewra water mix into the saffron food color and add it
STEP 8.Garnish with fried onion and coriander leaves and serve hot.
