STEP 4.. Roll into a circle using a rolling pin and a rolling board. Put stuffing in the center.
STEP 5.Pinch it to seal it tightly.
STEP 6.Now gently press it using your fingers
STEP 7.and make around.
STEP 8.Now again dip both sides into dry flour.
STEP 9.and gently roll.
STEP 10.Heat the Tawa on medium heat. Once hot, place rolled paratha on it. Cook other side for a few seconds and now apply some oil on top.
STEP 11.Now flip the paratha. If rolled properly, it will puff up.Serve hot with curd
