  • As required Fresh green peas . If frozen parboil green peas. Grren chilli garlic ginger paste roasted cumin powder corriender powder lemon juiice dry mango powder fennel powder salt oil ghee water for boiling green peas wheat flour maida

Directions: Matar Paratha Recipe

  • STEP 1.For stuffing In a boiling water add Green peas boil for 5 min. Cool completely dry it and crush coarsely.make green chilli ginger garlic paste. In a pan add oil jeera powder crushed paste fennel dry mango powder oon a low flame add pinch of turmeric powder and add green peas. Add lemon juice sugar salt and cook for for 5 to 10 min . Set aside. Make a dough with wheat Flour And Maida.. Add some ghee salt while Kneading.. Make Medium Soft dough. Roll the stuffedparatha Apply ghee while roasted. Serve hot with dahi pickles
