STEP 1.For stuffing
In a boiling water add Green peas boil for 5 min. Cool completely dry it and crush coarsely.make green chilli ginger garlic paste. In a pan add oil jeera powder crushed paste fennel dry mango powder oon a low flame add pinch of turmeric powder and add green peas. Add lemon juice sugar salt and cook for for 5 to 10 min . Set aside.
Make a dough with wheat Flour And Maida.. Add some ghee salt while Kneading.. Make Medium Soft dough.
Roll the stuffedparatha Apply ghee while roasted.
Serve hot with dahi pickles
