STEP 1.boil tomato,ginger, green chilli and nuts together,cool it down and blend to a smooth paste.
STEP 2.now cut the paneer into cubes and soak in warm milk with a little sugar.
STEP 3.heat oil in a pan,add cumin seeds and whole garam masala saute a bit till it is aromatic.
STEP 4.now add the blended masala mix turmeric powder,red chilli powder and salt saute well.
STEP 5.mix the paneer cubes,mix well add the milk allow it to boil.
STEP 6.add sugar and mix ,simmer far a minute or so.
