Ingredients for Matar Paneer Recipe

  • 0.67 tbsp Oil
  • 0.67 tbsp Butter
  • 0.67 g Ginger chilli garlic paste
  • 0.33 cup Onion paste
  • 0.33 cup Tomato puree
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.33 tsp Red chili powder
  • 0.33 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
  • 0.08 tsp Hing
  • 0.08 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 0.33 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 0.33 g Ginger chilli garlic paste
  • 0.33 Pieces Chopped onion
  • 0.33 g Pa boiled green peas
  • 0.33 tsp Kitchen king masala
  • 0.17 tsp Garm masala
  • 0.33 tsp kasuri methi
  • 1 tbsp Fresh cream
  • 33.33 g fried panner

Directions: Matar Paneer Recipe

  • STEP 1.For gravy Heat the pan add oil and butter the add paste one by one till oil is released then do the seasoning and cook for 3-4 mins again.
  • STEP 2.For sabji Heat the oil and butter in pan, add jeera after that garlic paste and chopped onion, cook for 2-3 minutes
  • STEP 3.Now add green peas to it, the add gravy and remaining masala to it and water toadjust the consistency.
  • STEP 4.Finally add cream and panner to it and cook for 5-10 mins.
  • STEP 5.Garnish with Cream
  • STEP 6.Serve it hot with roti or paratha
  • STEP 7.Notes/Tips, u can shallow fry the panner
