  • STEP 1.To make the koftas, combine mashed green peas, paneer, and spices in a bowl.
  • STEP 2.Shape the mixture into small balls and deep-fry them until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.To make the gravy, heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add tomatoes, ginger-garlic paste, and spices, and cook until the tomatoes are soft.
  • STEP 5.Blend the mixture into a smooth paste and return it to the pan.
  • STEP 6.Add water, salt, and cream, and simmer for a few minutes.
  • STEP 7.Add the fried koftas to the gravy and cook for a few more minutes.
