  • STEP 2.Boil the green peas for 2 to 3 min
  • STEP 3.Completely drain water and pat dry
  • STEP 4.Crush green peas in a course texture
  • STEP 5.Add oil in pan
  • STEP 6.jeera powder
  • STEP 7.Coriander powder
  • STEP 8.Fennel powder
  • STEP 9.Add matar
  • STEP 10.Sim for some time
  • STEP 11.Add roasted besan
  • STEP 12.Salt lemon juice
  • STEP 13.Add dry mango powder
  • STEP 14.Mmix together

  • STEP 17.Mix wheat flour and maida add ghee salt while kneading. Dough should be medium
