  • 0.67 g mediums Tamoto
  • 66.67 g rm Mashroom
  • 0.67 g tej patta
  • 0.33 g inger
  • 0.33 g arlic

Directions: Mashroom 2 Pyaza Recipe

  • STEP 1.1.Chop one onion and cut into one inch squares or cubes.
  • STEP 2.2. Finely chop the remaining onion. You will need ½ cup finely chopped onions. Finely chop 2 medium to large tomatoes (150 grams).
  • STEP 3.3. Heat 3 tablespoons oil in a kadai, Add the onions which have been cut in 1-inch squares.
  • STEP 4.4. On a medium-low or medium flame, begin to saute the onions.
  • STEP 5.7. Remove the onions with a slotted spoon and transfer on a plate.
  • STEP 6.8. Lower the heat and in the same pan, add 1 small to medium tej patta.
  • STEP 7.9. Next add in the ½ cup finely chopped onions.
  • STEP 8.10.  Then add ½ teaspoon ginger-garlic paste.
  • STEP 9.11.Now add the finely chopped tomatoes.
  • STEP 10.12.Add ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder, ½ teaspoon red chili powder or cayenne, ½ teaspoon coriander powder and ½ teaspoon cumin powder. Combine and mix very well.
