  • 0-150 gm Flour
  • 3 gm Salt-

Directions: Masala Tie Bread Recipe

  • STEP 1.Method
  • STEP 2.In a bowl add yeast,sugar and warm water ( small amount) in a bowl and set aside.Add flor salt in a separate bowl then mix yeast solution with dry ingredients.gradually add remaining water and knead a Dough,
  • STEP 3.finally add oil and transfer the dough to a lightly greased bowl and cover with dampened cloth and keep aside it for proofing until double in size about 15-20 min.
  • STEP 4..divide the dough into two equal portions.Roll it out into circle on a lightly floured surface.spread masala gravy on it leaving 1" border on the top now starting from the side,roll it tightly.slice it down length wise into half, leaving about an inch of Dough uncut at the top.
  • STEP 5.Braid the two halves of Dough together by simply putting one half over the other.pinch the end together and transfer the loaf to the greased try and leave it forfinal proofing until the loaf double in size.
  • STEP 6.Bake in preheated oven, until the loaf is golden brown on top,once baker brish with oil and let it cool completely.
