Ingredients for masala tea Recipe

  • 1 nos tb.spoon cloves
  • 1.83 nos tb.spoon black peppercorns
  • 0.08 cup Cardamom
  • 0.67 nos Sticks cinnamon
  • 0.08 cup dried ginger powder
  • 0.17 tsp nutmeg powder

Directions: Masala Tea Recipe

  • STEP 1.Combine cloves,black peppercorns, cardamom & cinnamon. Dry roast them for 1-2 minutes,till the aroma comes. Cool completely.
  • STEP 2.Now take the roasted ingredients in a mixer jar, grind to a fine powder. Add dried ginger powder & nutmeg powder & grind again so that everything is mixed well.
  • STEP 3.Remove the fine tea masala & store in an airtight container. Use 1/2 t.spoon of tea masala to make masala tea. Enjoy a hot cuppa of refreshing Indian Masala Tea in the winters.This tea is not only refreshing but fights cold, builds immunity, relieves pain, boosts energy & helps digestion.
  • STEP 4.Note : Tea Masala stays fresh for 4 months in an airtight container.
