  • STEP 1.Soak rice and lentils overnight and grind them into a smooth batter.
  • STEP 2.Boil the soya chunks until they are soft and then chop them into small pieces.
  • STEP 3.In a pan, heat oil and saut茅 onions, tomatoes, and spices until they are cooked.
  • STEP 4.Add the chopped soya chunks to the pan and mix well with the masala.
  • STEP 5.Heat a dosa tawa and pour a ladleful of batter onto it. Spread it in a circular motion to make a thin dosa.
  • STEP 6.Drizzle oil around the edges of the dosa and cook until it turns golden brown.
