Ingredients for Masala ridge gourd curry Recipe

  • 0.13 kg oneridge gourd
  • 1/4 nos One onion big size
  • 0.38 teaspoons Ginger and garlic paste two
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder half
  • 0.63 teaspoon Red chilli powder half
  • 3/4 teaspoon Cumin seeds one
  • 0.88 teaspoon Mustard seeds one
  • 1 nos salt to taste
  • 1.13 teaspoon Coriander powder one
  • 1.25 teaspoon Cumin powder one
  • 1.38 teaspoon Garam Masala one
  • 1.50 cup Water for cook one
  • 1.63 tablespoons Mustard oil two
  • 1.75 nos Tomato one
  • 1.88 cup Moong daal half

Directions: Masala Ridge Gourd Curry Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a Bowl and add the moong daal with water for wash it as well. Now take the ridge gourd and peel the skin and wash it well and cut it in small sizes. Keep aside. Cutting in chopped onion.
  • STEP 2.Now take a pan and add the mustard oil and heat in Gas stove in medium flame. add the mustard seeds, cumin seeds and fry in low frame for one minute. add the ginger and garlic paste, onion chopped,turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and salt mix together and fry in one minute. Now add the moong daal with fry masala and mix well them and cook in two minutes. Now add the ridge gourd with masala moong daal and cook for five minutes. Add the tomato pieces and fry with them.Now add the water for cook made by curry and cover the lid for five minutes. After five minutes i remove the ridge gourd curry pan and garnish on coriander leaves. Serve it hot.
