STEP 1.take a kadai add oil. once warm add mustardseeds, jeera, uraddal, chanadal , peanuts , kaju and roast them well.
STEP 2.once roasted perfectly thn add greenchillies, add maggie masala or any masala that goes well with rice and mix well.
STEP 3.once combined well add cooked rice , mix evrything well to vombine evrything
STEP 4.now add salt as per taste .
STEP 5.combine well.
STEP 6.once done add handfull of chopped coriander.
STEP 7.serve hot jot masala rice along eith bugtermilk .
