Ingredients for Masala peanuts Recipe

  • 1/4 cup Peanuts
  • 1/2 tsp Cooking oil
  • 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
  • A Handful Curry leaves
  • 1/4 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • A Pinch Hing
  • to taste Salt

Directions: Masala Peanuts Recipe

  • STEP 1.Fry peanuts in a thick bottomed pan till crispy and allow to cool.
  • STEP 2.Remove the skin of the peanuts and crush to halves by covering in a kitchen towel and patting gently.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in the pan.
  • STEP 4.Add mustard, curry leaves and hing.
  • STEP 5.When mustard starts splutter, add chilli powder and turmeric powder.
  • STEP 6.Now mix peanuts and salt.
