Ingredients for Masala peanuts Recipe
1/4 cup
Peanuts
1/2 tsp
Cooking oil
1/4 tsp
Mustard seeds
A Handful
Curry leaves
1/4 tsp
Chilli powder
1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder
A Pinch
Hing
to taste
Salt
Directions: Masala Peanuts Recipe
STEP 1.
Fry peanuts in a thick bottomed pan till crispy and allow to cool.
STEP 2.
Remove the skin of the peanuts and crush to halves by covering in a kitchen towel and patting gently.
STEP 3.
Heat oil in the pan.
STEP 4.
Add mustard, curry leaves and hing.
STEP 5.
When mustard starts splutter, add chilli powder and turmeric powder.
STEP 6.
Now mix peanuts and salt.
