Ingredients for MASALA PAV Recipe

  • 0.83 Tbsp Butter
  • 0.33 Tsp Coriander seeds
  • 0.33 Tbsp add ginger garlic
  • 0.67 Pieces Green chillies (to be chopped)
  • 1/2 Cup Onion
  • 0.33 Cup Capsicum
  • 0.42 Cup Tomato
  • As Required Salt
  • 0.33 Tsp Coriander powder
  • 0.33 Tsp Red chili powder
  • 0.33 Tbsp pav bhaji masala
  • 0.67 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 0.17 Cup water
  • 0.33 Tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
  • As Required For Ganishing Nylon sev
  • As Required For Ganishing Coriander leaves

Directions: Masala Pav Recipe

  • STEP 1.On a pan heat butter,put 1 tsp coriander seeds, 1/2 tsp chopped ginger, 1/2 tsp garlic, 2 green chili saute for some time.
  • STEP 2.Now add 1 & 1/2 cup onions after 2 minutes add 1 cup capsicum and after few minutes add 1&1/4 cup tomatoes, Let them cook till they get soft.
  • STEP 3.Add 1 & 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp Coriander powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tbsp pav bhaji masala.
  • STEP 4.Add little water and mash and cook the masala well. Pour 2 tbsp lemon juice mix well.
  • STEP 5.Now put little amount of hot water, mix and add some chopped coriander leaves and mash it. Corner it to one side of the pan.
  • STEP 6.Further, add butter in pan and cut the pav into half, toast it for 1 min.
  • STEP 7.Turn over and spread prepared masala on both the pav, also put some masala over the pav.
