Ingredients for Masala pasta desi style with pineapple Recipe

  • 62.50 gram Pasta
  • 1/2 tbsp Cooking oil
  • 1.50 Pieces Finely chopped garlic
  • 3/4 Pieces Slit green chillies
  • 3/4 Pieces Medium size onions
  • 1/2 Pieces Medium size tomatoes
  • 1/4 Pieces reen capsicum
  • 1/4 tsp Chilli flakes
  • 1/2 tbsp Tomatoes ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tbsp Oregano
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.13 cup Pineapple juice

Directions: Masala Pasta Desi Style With Pineapple Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil pasta till soft.
  • STEP 2.Now put oil in the pan and heat it.
  • STEP 3.Now add the finally chopped garlic and fry them till they come in nice brown color.
  • STEP 4.Now put onion slices and saute them on high flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • STEP 5.Now add tomatoes slices, green capsicum slices, slit green chillies, chili flakes, black pepper powder, maggi masala powder, Tomatoes ketchup, pineapple juice and salt to taste.
  • STEP 6.Cook everything on low heat for 2 to 3 minutes till the tomatoes become soft.
  • STEP 7.Now add boiled pasta and mayonnaise.
  • STEP 8.Now mix all the things well so that the pasta which is there gets coated well with the spices.
  • STEP 9.Another cook it for 1 minutes on high flame.
  • STEP 10.Now turn off the flame And serve it.
