Ingredients for Masala paratha Recipe

  • 1/2 cups wheat flour(aata)
  • 1/2 tsp karusi methi
  • 1/4 tsp goda masala
  • As required pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp Butte
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic paste
  • As required Oil as needed

Directions: Masala Paratha Recipe

  • STEP 1.Tak a large mixing bowl add, wheat flour, karuri methi, butter, salt, garlic powder, goda masala, oil and mix it well. then add water, as needed, to make a smooth and soft dough. apply some oil to it.
  • STEP 2.Rest the dough for 10 mins.
  • STEP 3.Make Dough balls and roll it like Roti.Brush little oil/ghee.
  • STEP 4.Now it's time to make twist.Fold it like Lachha Paratha.Roll it again and press it.
  • STEP 5.Take little dry wheat flour and roll it again and fry it with oil as required.
  • STEP 6.Masala Paratha is ready to serve hot with any curry.Enjoy it.
