Masala Paratha is very tasty and healthy recipe for dinner. It is easy to cook and is perfect for dinner. You can serve it with curd, any vegetable or pickle.
STEP 1.In a big bowl add all the ingredients of paratha, mix well and kneed it soft daugh, after that cover it and keep a side for 20 minutes.
STEP 2.Now roll the Paranthas with the rolling pin and fry them both the sides with Desi ghee till turn it golden brown.
STEP 3.Once the parathe is ready serve it with mango and red chilli pickle or as you like.
