Ingredients for Masala Papad Recipe

  • 0.17 cup Wheat flour
  • 0.67 tbsp Gram flour
  • 0.33 tbsp Refined oil for dough
  • 2.33 Pieces Curry leaves
  • 0.67 tsp Chopped coriander leaves
  • 0.08 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 0.17 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 0.08 tsp Carom seeds
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.08 tsp Chat masala
  • 0.33 g Water as dough consistency

Directions: Masala Papad Recipe

  • STEP 1.First make a dough - take wheat flour, gram flour and add carom seeds, Red chilli powder, turmeric powder, chaat masala and Salt to taste in a pan, mix well them and add slowly slowly water to make a soft dough.
  • STEP 2.Now, make a small lemon balls and roll them like chapati but should be thin.
  • STEP 3.At last, heat oil in a pan and fry these papad till golden brown in colour. Serve immediately these instant masala papad.
