Ingredients for Masala Paneer #BSK Recipe

  • 125 g ms paneer
  • As Required Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp Red chilli powder
  • 0.13 Tsp Garam masala
  • 1 Pinches Turmeric powder
  • 1 Tbsp Ghee
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 Tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 As Required Bay leaf
  • 1 As Required Cinamon Sticks
  • 1.50 As Required Pods Crushed Cardamom
  • 2.50 As Required Cloves
  • 3 As Required Pepper corns
  • 1/2 As Required Coriander seeds
  • 1 As Required Dry Red Chillies
  • 1.50 As Required Finely chopped onion
  • 3 As Required Cloves finely chopped garlic
  • 1.50 As Required Slit green chillies
  • 1/2 Tbsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp Kashmiri lal mirch powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 As Required Gram flour/besan
  • 1.50 g rated Tomato
  • As Required salt as per taste
  • 1/4 Cup Curd
  • 1/2 Tsp kasuri methi
  • 1/2 Tsp Garam masala

Directions: Masala Paneer #bsk Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take 250 grams of paneer and cut into small cubes.
  • STEP 2.Now to marinate the paneer add 1 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp of garam masala, and 2 pinches of turmeric powder, and toss paneer well.
  • STEP 3.Place a pan on medium flame and add 2 tbsp of ghee and melt. Add tossed Paneer in the pan and roast well on all sides for 2 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Place another pan on medium flame and add 2 tbsp of oil and 1 tbsp of ghee and heat.
  • STEP 5.Now add 1 tsp of cumin seeds, 1 bay leaf, 2 cinnamon sticks, 3 crushed cardamom, 5 cloves, 6 peppercorns, 1 tsp of coriander seeds, 3 dry red chillies.
  • STEP 6.Saute on low flame until aromatic. Now add 3 finely chopped onions and saute until golden.
  • STEP 7.After onion sautes well add 1 inch of grated ginger, 6 finely chopped garlic cloves, and roast everything.
  • STEP 8.Now add 3 slits of green chilli, 1 tbsp of coriander powder, 1 tbsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp of cumin powder, 2 tbsp of gram flour/ Besan.
  • STEP 9.Mix everything and saute well on low flame until aromatic. Add 3 Grated Tomato, salt as per taste, and mix everything well.
  • STEP 10.Now put a lid on it and cook for 2 minutes until it starts releasing oil. Then add 2 to 3 tbsp of water and cook and mix well.
  • STEP 11.Turn the flame low and add 1/2 cup of curd and mix well continuously stirring for 2 to 3 minutes. Now add 1 tsp of crushed Kasuri methi, 1 tsp of garam masala, and mix well.
  • STEP 12.Now add water as required and mix well and close the lid and cook for 2 minutes.
  • STEP 13.Add roasted Paneer to it and mix well and cook for 2 minutes. Now turn off the flame and add finely chopped coriander.
  • STEP 14.Paneer Masala is ready to serve and you can enjoy it.
