Ingredients for Masala makhana Recipe

  • 1/5 Cup Makhana
  • 1/5 cup Cashew nuts
  • 1/10 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/5 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1/5 tsp Chat masala
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.40 tsp Oil
  • A Pinch Hing

Directions: Masala Makhana Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a thick bottomed pan saute makhana till they are crispy.
  • STEP 2.Remove from the pan once done.
  • STEP 3.In the same pan heat oil and fry cashew nuts till golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Keep aside. To the same pan add spices ,hing and saute for a minute. Switch off the flame.
  • STEP 5.Add makhana and salt.
  • STEP 6.Mix cashew nuts.
