STEP 1.In a thick bottomed pan saute makhana till they are crispy.
STEP 2.Remove from the pan once done.
STEP 3.In the same pan heat oil and fry cashew nuts till golden brown.
STEP 4.Keep aside.
To the same pan add spices ,hing and saute for a minute.
Switch off the flame.
STEP 5.Add makhana and salt.
STEP 6.Mix cashew nuts.
