Ingredients for Masala lassi Recipe

  • 1/2 cup - Yogurt -
  • 1/4 cup - Water -
  • 1/4 teaspoon - Cumin Powder -
  • 1/4 teaspoon - Coriander Powder -
  • 0.13 teaspoon - Black Pepper Powder -
  • 1/4 teaspoon - salt -
  • 1/2 tablespoon - Sugar (optional) -
  • As required - Chopped Cilantro or Mint (for garnish) - as needed

Directions: Masala Lassi Recipe

  • STEP 1.Let's start preparing tasty ymmi masala lassi
  • STEP 2.Blend 1 cup of yogurt with 1/2 cup of water until smooth.
  • STEP 3.Add 1/2 teaspoon of cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon of coriander powder, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper powder.
  • STEP 4.Blend all the ingredients until well combined.
  • STEP 5.Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Blend again.
  • STEP 6.Refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  • STEP 7.Pour the lassi into glasses and garnish with chopped cilantro or mint.
  • STEP 8.Serve chilled and enjoy your refreshing masala lassi 😍
