Ingredients for Masala khichdi with beet raita Recipe

  • 1/4 cup basmati rice
  • 0.13 cup tover dal
  • 0.13 cup Moong dal
  • 0.13 cup Massor dal cup.soak this for an hour.for tempering take a cooker in that add ghee saute onions tomatoes ginfer garlic paste n saute..add all spices like salt tumeric red chilli powder n palak(halfjust cut wash n add)put all dal n then rice .cook it upto three four whisle on slow gas.

  • STEP 1.Once its done put coriander and lemon and again add ghee..ur garma garma khichdi js ready decorate with cream on top...
