STEP 1.Heat ghee in the pan,add mustard seeds,curry leaves and onion cook for 1-2 minutes.
STEP 2.Add garlic- garlic paste, chopped tomato,salt and all spice cook for 5-6 minutes.
STEP 3.Add idli to the mixture,toss idli and make sure it is coated will with the mixture.
STEP 4.Cook covered for 5-6 minute on medium flame.
STEP 5.Sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
