  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 Onion, Finely Chopped

  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • As required Salt To Taste

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Boil the potatoes until tender, then peel and mash them.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds, onions, and garlic. Saut茅 until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add tomatoes, turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the spices are well combined.
  • STEP 4.Add the mashed potatoes to the pan and mix well with the masala sauce.
  • STEP 5.In a separate pot, bring water to a boil and add salt. Cook the gnocchi until they float to the surface.
  • STEP 6.Drain the gnocchi and add them to the masala sauce. Mix gently to coat the gnocchi with the sauce.
  • STEP 7.Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
