  • 1/5 cup Urad dal
  • 0.40 cups Rice
  • As required for masala ..boil patatoes
  • As required Chhoped onion
  • As required Tamato
  • As required green chilli
  • As required Coriander leaves
  • As required red chilli powder
  • As required dhaniya powder
  • As required Salt
  • As required turmeric powder

  • STEP 1.soak rice and 3 to 4 hrs, then blend it well..leave it for 5 to 6 hrs for fermentation ... then add salt to it .take a pan ..add one big spoon batter ..spread it ...apply oil or butter on it ...add masala on it ..flip it ..and done ..
