STEP 1.For masala dosa add 2 cup rice and 1/2 cup urad Dal together with water and soked for over night, next day we will grind the mix and our masala dosa mix is prepared
STEP 2.After mix preparation we will make aloo masala , sambhar and chutney for masala dosa , chutney would be coconut chutney or peanut chutney
STEP 3.And lastly we served all together and we'll enjoy the meal
STEP 4.Delicious meal is ready
