Ingredients for Masala dosa Recipe

  • 1 cup sama rice
  • 1/2 cup Sabudana
  • 3/4 cup Dahi (curd)
  • to taste Salt
  • as required Oil for making + tempering
  • as required For stuffing
  • 2 pieces potato big
  • 2 pieces Onion medium
  • 2 pieces Green chilli
  • 1 g Grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp Peanut crushed
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp Chana dal
  • 1 tsp Curry leaves
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Hing

Directions: Masala Dosa Recipe

  • STEP 1.Soak Sama rice and sabudana separately for 2--3 hrs.
  • STEP 2.Then grind it with curd and addthe salt mix well and keep aside for 2 hrs.
  • STEP 3.For stuffing - Boil the potato and mash well.
  • STEP 4.In a pan put 1tbsp of oil and add mustard seeds to crackle then add chana daal, green chilli,ginger, curry leaves and hing saute well then add peanut mix well then add mashed potatoes and salt mix well and keep aside
  • STEP 5.Make dosa from the batter and put masala in the centre fold itand serve with coconut chutney and sambar
  • STEP 6.You can serve with Amla chutney and coriander chutney
  • STEP 7.Amla chutney - Take 5--6 Amla and cut into pieces,add 1--2green chilli and 2tbsp coconut and grind in the mixie and add salt and 2 tbsp of curd and mix well then temper with mustard seeds and curry leaves.
  • STEP 8.This chutney is very healthy and tasty.
