  • 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp kasuri methi
  • 1/4 A Pinch Hing
  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/4 Pieces Onion
  • 1/4 tsp Zeera
  • 37.50 g Urad chana Dal

  • STEP 1.First boil dal..
  • STEP 2.Then fir Tadka.
  • STEP 3.Add Desi Ghee
  • STEP 4.Add zeera,garam masala.
  • STEP 5.Add chopped onion.
  • STEP 6.Let them brown.
  • STEP 7.Then add hing.
  • STEP 8.Add Dal now.
  • STEP 9.Mix it well and garnish with Kasuri methi.
