Ingredients for Masala crab 🦀 Recipe

  • 1 Pieces Crab
  • 1/2 Pieces Finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 Cups Onion paste
  • 1/2 Tbsp ginger and garlic paste
  • 1/2 Tbsp Coriander and cumin paste
  • 1/2 Pieces Bay leaf
  • 1/2 Pieces Dry red chilli
  • 1 Pieces green chilli
  • 3.50 Pieces Black pepper
  • 1.50 Pieces Cardamom
  • 1/2 Inch Cinnamon
  • 1.50 Tsp Turmaric
  • 1/2 Tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1.50 Tbsp Mustard oil
  • To Taste Salt

Directions: Masala Crab 🦀 Recipe

  • STEP 1.At first fry the crab marinated with turmaric and salt.Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a saucepan over low heat until shimmering. Add cinamon,bay leaf,cardamom,black pepper,dry red chilli, chopped onion, onion paste.Cook, stirring, unti lightly browned, about 4minutes.
  • STEP 2.Add ginger and garlic paste, coriander and cumin paste, turmaric powder,salt, green chilli,red chilli powder, kashmiri Red chilli powder,stir well to combine and continue to cook, stirring occasionally, untill the oil separates and starts surfacing.
  • STEP 3.Add a few drops of water if the paste tends to stick or get roo dry.
  • STEP 4.Add the crab,cover and cook for 5 minute.Remove lid, stir, and continue to cook for 10 minutes.
  • STEP 5.Sprinkle with garam masala and serve immediately with rice.
