Ingredients for Masala Bread Recipe

  • 5 piece slice bread, white / brown
  • 2 teaspoon Butter
  • 2 No.s clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 No.s chilli, slit
  • 2 tablespoon spring onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 piece onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 piece carrot, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon cabbage, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon capsicum, finely chopped
  • 2 piece tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon pav bhaji masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon tomato sauce

Directions: Masala Bread Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a pot, heat 2 tsp butter and saute 2 garlic cloves,1 chilli, 2 tbsp spring onion and ½ onion.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped carrots, cabbage, capsicum , 2 tomatoes and ¼ tsp salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 3.Add 1 tsp pav bhaji masala and ¼ tsp salt.
  • STEP 4.Then add 2 tbsp of tomato sauce and mix well.
  • STEP 5.Now add bread pieces and mix gently.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve bread masala.
