Masala bharva baingan, i guess this one recipe is popular in every region and we all make it in our own way. I cannot say this recipe of mine is from east, west, north or south because in this recipe i have mixed spice which gives fusion flavor and taste really best. This not only goes well with rice you can also enjoy this yummy gravy with your paratha, roti or phulka.
