  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder

  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice

  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 Onions, Thinly Sliced
  • 1 Tomatoes, Chopped
  • 1 Green Chilies, Chopped
  • 1 cup Basmati Rice, Soaked And Drained

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix together yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Add chicken pieces to the marinade and let it marinate for at least 1 hour.
  • STEP 3.Preheat the oven to 375掳F (190掳C).
  • STEP 4.In a large pan, heat oil and add sliced onions. Cook until golden brown.
  • STEP 5.Add chopped tomatoes, green chilies, and the remaining spices. Cook until the tomatoes are soft.
  • STEP 6.Add soaked and drained basmati rice to the pan and mix well.
  • STEP 7.Transfer the rice mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  • STEP 8.Arrange the marinated chicken pieces on top of the rice.
