0.06 nos Urad Dal cup.
0.14 nos Raw Rice cup.
1/2 nos Moong Dal : tbs.
As required Chana Dal tbs
0.13 nos Methi Dana tsp.
1/4 nos Curds : tbs
1/4 nos Salt & sugar tsp.

STEP 1.soak them together...
STEP 2.Grind all together... keep for overnight fermentation... in the morning add 2-3 tsp curd .salt and 1 teasp of sugar,
STEP 3.Grease the appe pan
STEP 4.Put one ladle full of the batter into each mould
STEP 5.put on the flame to medium to high
STEP 6.once one side is done with a spoon reverse it.
STEP 7.serve with spicy green chutney,
