Ingredients for Masala appe Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Idli batter
  • 1/2 Pieces Finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 tsp Finely chopped coriander levels
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 As Required Asafoetida
  • 1/2 Pieces finely chopped green chilli
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • As Required Salt

Directions: Masala Appe Recipe

  • STEP 1.Tak a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients and mix very well.
  • STEP 2.Heat appe pan on a medium flames. Add little oil in each section of appe pan, with the help of a spoon pour the appe batter in each section.
  • STEP 3.Cover the pan with plate and allow to cook for 3 minutes, turn and cook on onther side. then serve hot with coconut chutney.
