  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • STEP 2.Remove the stems from the mushrooms and finely chop them.
  • STEP 3.In a bowl, combine the chopped mushroom stems, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, Marsala wine, and salt and pepper to taste.
  • STEP 4.Spoon the filling into the mushroom caps, pressing it down gently.
  • STEP 5.Place the stuffed mushrooms on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
