  • 1/2 tablespoon Cider vinegar
  • 0.38 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 0.06 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.03 teaspoon Ground Mustard
  • dash Freshly ground pepper
  • 3 ounce Fresh or frozen medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 Small onion, thinly sliced, divided
  • 1/4 Garlic clove, peeled and halved
  • 3/4 tablespoon Vegetable oil, divided
  • 1/4 Small pickled jalapeno pepper, rinsed, seeded, cut in strips
  • 1/2 Medium ripe avocados, peeled, halved, seeded and rubbed with lemon juice
  • As required Lemon
  • 1/4 Medium tomato, chopped
