  • STEP 1.In a bowl, combine yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 2.Add chicken pieces to the marinade and coat them well. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight in the refrigerator.
