Ingredients for Mangodi Recipe

  • 1 cup Bean lentil soka
  • 1/2 Pieces Garlic
  • 2 Pieces Red chilies
  • 1/2 cup Coriander leaves
  • 2 Cups Onions
  • as required Onions
  • to taste Mint leaves (optional)
  • 1/2 cup Salt
  • as required water

Directions: Mangodi Recipe

  • STEP 1.First of all, wash the lentils and soak them for 2 hours, then grind them and cut the onions.
  • STEP 2.Clean and grind garlic, ginger, chilli, coriander leaves, mint leaves and put them in the paste of lentils, as well as add chopped onions, add salt according to taste and mix well.
  • STEP 3.Now put a pan, heat the oil and add small sized paste, bake it on medium flame, then fry it well, serve it with chutney or sauce.
