  • 0.33 cup Mango pulp
  • 0.33 cup Sooji
  • 0.33 cup Warm water
  • 0.33 cup Warm milk
  • 0.17 cup Sugar
  • 0.08 cup Crushed walnuts
  • A Pinch Cardamom powder
  • A Handful Pistachio
  • 1.33 tbsp Ghee

Directions: Mango Walnut Halwa Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat ghee and saute sooji until it changes colour to slight golden. Then add warm milk and water and cook until it gets dissolved.
  • STEP 2.Further add mango pulp mix it well. Add sugar, crushed walnuts and cardamom powder and cook it. The delicious mango walnut halwa is ready to serve.
