Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a saucepan, combine mango puree, sugar, and lemon juice.
  • STEP 2.Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture comes to a boil.
  • STEP 3.Reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 20 minutes, until the mixture thickens.
  • STEP 4.In a separate bowl, dissolve cornstarch in water to make a slurry.
  • STEP 5.Slowly pour the cornstarch slurry into the mango mixture, stirring continuously.
