Ingredients for Mango truffle cake Recipe

  • 1/4 Pieces mango Cake
  • As Required Whip cream
  • As Required sprinkle
  • As Required Mango juice
  • As Required mango crush
  • 1.25 Pieces Mango slices
  • 3/4 Tbsp Rum
  • 3/4 Tbsp Sugar

Directions: Mango Truffle Cake Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take cake.
  • STEP 2.Then cut between.
  • STEP 3.Now take cream in a saucepan and bring it to a boil.
  • STEP 4.Step2Remove from the flame and add chopped chocolate and mix well using a whisk till it becomes a smooth sauce.
  • STEP 5.Step3Cool completely and keep it aside.

  • STEP 7.Step1Mix sugar, rum and water in a bowl and make a syrup and keep it aside.
  • STEP 8.Step2Slice the chocolate cake horizontally into two equal parts.
  • STEP 9.Step3Place the top half of the cake on a serving plate and soak with half the soaking syrup.
  • STEP 10.Step4Spread a generous layer of the truffle icing and the chopped mango and sandwich with the other half of the cake and soak this half with the remaining soaking syrup.
  • STEP 11.Step5Spread another layer of the truffle icing on top and cover the sides of the cake with the chocolate cream wafer biscuit rolls.
  • STEP 12.Step6Decorate with whipped cream, mango slices, cherries and mint leaves.
  • STEP 13.Step7Chill for at least 2 hours before
