Chatni is a main ingredient in Indian thali.it makes a classic taste of snacks,main course,chats,pakodas etc.
Now I made something change,new flavour chatni....which made with mango n tomato.....
STEP 1.Collect all the ingredients. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin, ginger and green chili and fry it. Save half the green chilies.Now add tomato, add salt and cook covered for 2 minutes. Now add turmeric powder, cumin powder, black salt, kashmiri red chili powder and mix and cook again by covering for 2 minutes.
STEP 2.Now add chopped mint leaves and green coriander and take it out in a bowl after turning off the flame. When it cools down a bit, add mango pieces, remaining green chilies and lemon juice and mix.
STEP 3.Mango tomato sweet & sour chatni is ready.serve it with naan,roti,paratha and rice....
