Ingredients for Mango tomato sweet & sour chatni Recipe

  • 1 Pieces Tomatoes
  • 1/4 tsp n finally chopped ginger
  • 3/4 g reen chilli finally chopped
  • 1 Pieces 4-5 finally chopped mint leaves
  • 0.06 cup Cup ripe mango cut into small
  • 1/4 tbsp n green coriander leaves finally chopped
  • 1/4 tsp n lemon juice
  • 0.03 tsp n turmeric powder
  • 0.06 tsp n black salt
  • 0.13 tsp n cumin seeds
  • 0.13 tsp n roasted cumin seeds powder
  • 1/4 tsp n kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 0.38 tbsp n oil
  • As Required salt according to taste

Directions: Mango Tomato Sweet & Sour Chatni Recipe

  • STEP 1.Collect all the ingredients. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin, ginger and green chili and fry it. Save half the green chilies.Now add tomato, add salt and cook covered for 2 minutes. Now add turmeric powder, cumin powder, black salt, kashmiri red chili powder and mix and cook again by covering for 2 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Now add chopped mint leaves and green coriander and take it out in a bowl after turning off the flame. When it cools down a bit, add mango pieces, remaining green chilies and lemon juice and mix.
  • STEP 3.Mango tomato sweet & sour chatni is ready.serve it with naan,roti,paratha and rice....
