Directions: Mango Tart Recipe
STEP 1.First of all, cut the biscuits in pieces and put them in a mixer jar and then crush it. Then add butter to it. Now grease a pie dish and grease it with butter. Now mix this biscuits and butter in a greased plate until the mixture is ready and mix like bread crumbs.
STEP 2.Now spread this mixture on the plate and cover the entire dish with this mixture. And spread the mixture as shown in the photo and then place this dish in a 10 minute freezer to set. Now take another utensil and mix milk powder, milk, cream, sugar, saffron, alchi powder, paneer in it and mix it and keep it on the gas. Cook until the mixture thickens.
STEP 3.When the mixture becomes thick, then After adding mava to the mixture, add a spoon and mix it again. Now add coconut powder and mix it. Now keep the mixture to cool. Now remove the dish from the freezer and let it cool to spread it in the dish.
STEP 4.All the corners should also be properly mixed. Now the mix dry fruits have to be applied from above and then put it again in the freezer for 10 to 15 minutes to set. Now Alphonso Mango has to wash and remove it's skin and slide it thin thin as given in the photo and then take out the pie dish and set the mango in the shape of the flower.
STEP 5.Now when the mango is set, it has cherry in the middle. Then decorate the top with green tuti fruity. Or decorate it with dry rose petals and put it again in the freezer for 10 to 15 minutes to set.
STEP 6.10 to 15 minutes should be set then apply syrup on it and then serve chill 1 So ready, Mango Flower Tart is ready.
