Ingredients for Mango Stuffed Kulfi Recipe

  • 1/2 Pieces Mangoes
  • Handful Pistachio for garnishing
  • A Few few strings of saffron for garnishing
  • 1/4 Litre full cream milk
  • A Pinch Cardamom seeds powder (elaichi dana powder)
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Sugar
  • A Few Almonds

Directions: Mango Stuffed Kulfi Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil the milk first in the non stick pan.
  • STEP 2.Lower the flame and boil the milk until it thickens.
  • STEP 3.Keep stirring it after few minutes.
  • STEP 4.When the cream (malai) shows in the milk. Keep aside in the corners of the pan with the spoon. And stir the milk.
  • STEP 5.Keep aside the cream (malai) in the corners until the milk reduced to half.
  • STEP 6.Add few pinches of cardamom seeds powder for flavour.
  • STEP 7.Rabri is ready for the stuffed mango kulfi.
  • STEP 8.If you want to have rabri for sweet dish. Then keep stirring the milk until it reduced to 30%. You will see the grains in the milk and cream on it.
  • STEP 9.Rabri for sweet dish is ready. Chill it and serve it.
  • STEP 10.Prepare mango for kulfi
  • STEP 11.Cut the top (crown) of the mango. and keep aside it for later use.
  • STEP 12.Insert the knife carefully all around the seed of mango.
  • STEP 13.With the help of spoon remove the seed of mango.
  • STEP 14.Place the mango on a bowl in standing position.
  • STEP 15.Steps for making stuffed mango kulfi
  • STEP 16.Put the rabri inside the mango.
  • STEP 17.Put the top part (crown) of mango on top of it and close the mango.
  • STEP 18.Freeze the mango for 6-7 hours.
  • STEP 19.When mango is freeze properly. Peel the skin of mango with peeler or knife.
  • STEP 20.Cut the mango kulfi in your desired shape and size.
  • STEP 21.Serve in serving plate and garnish it with chopped pistachio, kesar and badam .
  • STEP 22.Your mango stuffed kulfi is ready
